The German Chemical Society ( The Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker – GDCh ) has awarded the FMS Prof. Ben Feringa ( Stratingh Institute for Chemistry, RUG ) with the August-Wilhelm-von-Hofmann-Denkmünze in recognition of his ground-breaking research on dynamic molecular systems, catalysis and stereochemistry. Feringa will receive the award at the 6th European Chemistry Congress in Sevilla, Spain on September 11th, 2016.
